Iveco UK has made a number of personnel changes within its Aftermarket Solutions department, with two internal promotions and a new face to head-up its Daventry Parts Facility.
Effective immediately, Claire McCoy will be taking over responsibilities as Product & Customer Support Manager for the UK and Republic of Ireland, replacing Sandro Fantini. Claire has been with the Iveco brand since April 2017 where she has held the position of Dealer Parts Support Manager UK & ROI.
Claire joined Iveco UK with a great deal of experience within the automotive, agriculture and construction sectors, previously holding Sales Administration Manager and Customer Services Manager roles at Terex, and Jaguar Land Rover (contracting through Return on Investment and Wunderman respectively). She holds an HNC in Business Management.
“As a long-term devotee to the automotive industry, my career so far has taken me across administration, production scheduling, sales, customer service, parts/logistics and beyond”, commented McCoy.
“This wide-reaching exposure to multiple business disciplines has afforded me a comprehensive understanding of the environment in which operate along with what our customers require and expect. Moving now into the service function is a new challenge in which I’m excited to be immersed.”
Replacing Claire in the role of Dealer Parts Support Manager will be Ginette Lee, joining Iveco from the Volvo Trucks dealer network. Over the course of the past 17 years, Ginette has held a variety of senior positions including most recently, Regional Aftermarket Manager, Regional Parts Manager and Dealer General Manager, bringing with her extensive commercial awareness and an all-round understanding as to the needs and requirements of a commercial vehicle dealer network.
“Working across all areas of Parts, Service, Vehicle sales, IT projects and Network development projects has been a continuous educational journey during my career in the CV industry and I am very excited to be continuing that journey with Iveco, driving efficiencies and improving both dealer and ultimately, customer service”
Sandro Fantini will be moving to a pan-European role as Technical Support & Service Development Manager, EMEA.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate both Claire and Sandro on their new responsibilities, and welcome Ginette to the Iveco family”, commented Iveco UK Managing Director, Sascha Kaehne.
“With a completely renewed heavy truck line-up and further enhancements arriving for Daily, these are very exciting times to be joining and growing within the Iveco brand. Now more than ever, we must focus our efforts in ensuring that we have the talent and fortitude to support our existing and growing customer base with the first-class service that our transport industry depends on.”
