We believe in minimising the work involved for our clients. Our experienced consultants rigorously screen all candidates before submitting their details for any role. 

All candidates undergo an interview with a consultant to ascertain skills, personality and relevant experience. We understand that it is in our interest to send only highly suitable and competent candidates – it is our reputation on the line.

We will not send tens of candidates, hoping some will stick, it wastes candidates and clients time. If we send someone for interview it is because we believe that they are right for the job.
